Adobe Flash Player 10.2 For Honeycomb Off Beta

It was last month when Adobe had unveiled Adobe Flash Player for android honeycomb in beta version. But now Adobe Flash Player is off the “beta” tag and is available in the android market. This final release will take advantage of Google’s enhancements in an upcoming update to Honeycomb, including hardware accelerated playback of 720p high-definition video.

Adobe mentioned that users will not be able to experience benefits of new update for Adobe Flash Player 10.2 will not be available until their devices receive the update to Honeycomb. The new Flash Player 10.2 updates also include security update considering flash player vulnerability for android users this month. Adobe’s  plan moving forward is to continue delivering improvements in performance, quality, security and/or new features with each new release of Flash Player and AIR.

Adobe Flash Player 10.2 is meant only for Android Honeycomb tablets.
