The recently unveiled Toshiba AT200 Excite Android tablet at CES this year has gone on sale at Carphone Warehouse in United Kingdom. AT200 is considered to be world’s thinnest tablet with just 7.7 mm thickness. It has been made with beautiful brushed metal design. Carphone warehouse listed the 16GB version at £399 (nearly $630) . If you’re looking for more storage, than you can go for the 32GB model, for which you will have to pay another £150. Both versions lack 3G capabilities, so wifi is only the option for internet connectivity.
Toshiba AT200 comes bundled with bunch of features with Android 3.2 Honeycomb. With 1.2GHz processor and 1GB RAM apps, videos and the internet run super smoothly, even when you’ve got them open at the same time. Speaking about the display it has 10.1” HD scratch resistant touchscreen which provides sharp and vivid at wide angle. For video chat and video recording you can use its 5.0 MPixel rear camera and 2.0 MPixel front camera. To extend the connectivity Toshiba gives microSD card slot, USB connectivity and HDMI port connection options.
